Before The Beat is my online service for couples who’d rather do it themselves but still want it to sound professional. You send me your playlists, and I’ll shape them into a DJ-style sequence that works from the first song to the last. I can also organize your music into clear, easy-to-use sections by genre — so anyone running sound can find what they need instantly. If you’d like, I can even suggest additional songs or make sure the set fits a specific time window, like 90 minutes or two hours.
Every wedding I perform includes a private online planning system that keeps every detail in order. With Before The Beat, you get access to that same tool — powered by Vibo, a full-featured, industry-standard platform built for wedding pros. It keeps everything in one place: playlists, notes, exact song versions, YouTube links, timelines, and even guest or host access for sharing. It’s visual, easy to use, and something you can share with your coordinator, photographer, or anyone helping behind the scenes.
There are two simple options. The $100 Playlist Plan is for couples who already have their music picked out but want it refined — properly ordered, logically grouped, and ready for someone to press play with confidence.
The $200 All-In Plan includes everything above, plus a custom pre-recorded mix and song edits for your key moments — like the processional, first dance, or any personalized segment. It’s the same professional attention I give my live weddings, crafted and delivered for a DIY setup.
